First time using online scheduling?

you must request enrollment or be invited via email to use this feature.


If you are an existing patient and this is your first time using online scheduling:

 Check your email for a link we had sent you to register. If you do not see an email from MyChirotouch, contact us at (207) 781-4640 or farrhorizonshealthcenter@gmail.com to confirm the email address we have on file or request enrollment access.


If you are a new patient or we do not have an email address on file for you:

Request to register through the sign in link above. Proceed by clicking First time user? Click Here and follow the prompts. When we see your request, we will give you a call to ask you a few questions in order to get you into our scheduling system.

You may also call or email us to request an invitation to enroll.


FAQs:

Is my username and password the same as when I would Check In at the office?
No. You will create a brand new password along with your email to use this new feature.

I tried to enroll and it says my email is already registered. What do I do?

You most likely already have your email on file and have received an invitation to enroll sent to your email address. If you do not see an email from MyChirotouch, contact us so we can resend your invitation.


Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment online?

Unfortunately, you can not make any changes to a scheduled appointment online. You will have to call or email us to let us know of the change.
